Return and Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their product(s). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and promotional items are also excluded and are subject to our standard return/exchange policy.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product has been processed. If the order is canceled in time, a full refund will be issued. Once the product has been shipped, however, cancellations are no longer possible.

Conditions for Return/Exchange
  • All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges must be made using the same service as the original delivery.

  • Returns/exchanges can only be accepted from the country where the order was originally shipped.

Please note:

  • Customized items are non-returnable.

  • Return/exchange shipping is at the customer's expense.

  • Faulty items can be returned, but returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered.

How to Return an Item or Order

Returning an item or an entire order is simple:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo or video of the faulty product.

  2. Place your receipt and items back into the original packaging.

  3. Complete the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form and attach it to the package without sealing it.

  4. Once the return shipment is verified by the courier, seal the package and return it.

Our process is designed to be as convenient as possible for you.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, ensuring the security of your transaction. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow 4-7 business days for processing. If the return does not meet the conditions, the package will be returned to you at your own expense. Once your return is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, and your refund will be issued.
